The fast-track to your racing car

You can also use SavageSushi to buy your racing car. It's the most cost effective way to buy your Japanese track or Rally car.

You can even find classic cars for example Porsche's & Mustang's, these can be imported under the pre 1989 General importing rules.

These raceing cars are imported under the Race-Rally system and cannot be registered for road use in Australia.

Here’s a list of the basic requirements:

  • Purchase documents
  • A copy of a CAMS R3 or higher licence; or CAMS C3 or higher
  • Evidence of participation in rallying or closed circuit racing 
  • Evidence of the vehicle’s homologation
  • A certified picture ID of the importer, or responsible officer if a company.
    (If you haven’t imported in the last 12 months, you’ll need to provide your ID again.)
